Please note: your completed Merit Scholarship Registration Form and fee payment also act as your enrollment application to Garden School.
You may also wish to apply for financial aid in case you do not qualify for a Merit Scholarship. Apply for financial aid using the form below and supplying all supporting financial documents. If you are offered and accept a scholarship, you are typically no longer eligible for financial aid.

Applying Using an Application FormFamilies may choose to download an Garden School Enrollment Application and complete it at home. Once complete, you can bring it to the Garden School Front Desk anytime between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm or mail it with the $50 application fee to Garden School, c/o Admissions Department, 33-16 79th Street, Jackson Heights, NY 11372. You may also pay using the payment link below.
Please note, in either case, your application will not be considered complete until you have submitted all required supporting documents AND paid the $50 application fee using the link below.
