Outreach Committee
The Garden Outreach Committee was established to enhance the level of interaction and communication between parents/guardians, faculty, administration, and the Board at Garden School. “Communication” is used broadly and refers to issues of importance to the entire school community; thus the committee is not just about proclaiming the existence of such issues but also about creating opportunities for people to get involved and interact to enrich the Garden School experience for all students. The more involved all of us are, the better the results. In addition, through the group’s dedicated e-mail address communication@gardenschool.org, members of the Garden community will be able to raise issues of concern to them that can be forwarded to the relevant person in the community. Through regular meetings, the formation of subcommittees, and e-mails to all members of the school community, we seek to encourage school-wide dialogue and foster an atmosphere in which new ideas can be raised, considered, and implemented.
